By accessing the IMC portal and utilizing our maturity assessment tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between your organization and International Maturity Company.

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. Maintenance of account security and confidentiality of login credentials remains the sole responsibility of the user.

• Compliance with all regional data protection regulations.
• Commitment to the integrity of submitted organizational data.

IMC provides professional maturity benchmarking and certification services. While we strive for absolute precision, our assessments are based on the data provided by the client organization at the time of audit.

We do not guarantee that our services will result in specific business outcomes or regulatory approvals. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service under dispute.

All content, including but not limited to assessment methodologies, proprietary algorithms, benchmarking data, UI designs, and the "IMC Gold Seal," are the exclusive intellectual property of IMC.

Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to display their certification status and assessment results for marketing purposes, provided they adhere to the Branding Usage Guide provided upon certification.

These terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to, or use of, the IMC platform shall be instituted in the competent courts located in London. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of, and agree that venue is proper in, these courts in any such legal action or proceeding.
